Lindy is a recently retired Sergeant Major, having served 29 years. She enlisted into the Army Reserve, then nine years later, went on active duty status with the Army Reserve to provide support to reserve units. Most of the positions she held were as a Training and Operations  Non-Commissioned Officer. She helped conceive and build several new organizations, the most recent being the new Army Reserve Military Intelligence Readiness Command. While assigned to the Army Reserve Command, Fort McPherson, GA, she served on a World Class Decision Making team. They developed a decision making model, that was accepted as the standard method used by the command. Lindy has completed numerous military schools and courses including the Russian Basic Course and the Sergeants Major Academy. She is a member of the MI Corps Association and on the Board of Directors for the Army Women’s Museum Foundation.

A native Minnesotan, she still roots for the Vikings. Lindy has always been an athlete and enjoys most sports and the outdoors. She recently began skydiving and can’t wait to become a competitor!
